You will recieve a personalized program to make adjustments and improve your health and performance, taking into account your current food, exercise, sleep, stress management and relaxation routines.

  • Pre-consultation questionnaire completion with analysis

  • One 90-minute in-person consultation

  • Personalized Functional Medicine report including matrix and timeline (this is a visual picture using an individual body-systems approach)

  • Personalized Nutrition Plan: including 8-10 dietary and 3-4 lifestyle recommendations

  • One 30-minute optional phone call to review or clarify plan recommendations

  • An hour follow-up meeting, in-person or video call

  • Custom information and factsheets, as appropriate, to support your education and progress

  • Personalized Nutrition Plan: including 8-10 dietary and 3-4 lifestyle recommendations

  • One 30-minute optional phone call to review or clarify plan recommendations

  • A total of five 30-minute phone meetings, every two weeks, to review progress and determine priorities for the next 2 week period

  • Custom information and factsheets, as appropriate, to support your education and progress
