Who is this program for?

This program focuses on improving your performance in life or in sport using nutritional support, including both diet and lifestyle recommendations.

You will recieve a personalized program to make adjustments and improve your health and performance, taking into account your current food, exercise, sleep, stress management and relaxation routines.

Sports Nutrition Programs: What’s Included?

  • Pre-consultation questionnaire to assess health history and current symptoms

  • Initial consultation of 90 minutes, one on one, in-person

  • Personalized Nutrition Plan: including 8-10 dietary and 3-4 lifestyle recommendations

  • One 30-minute optional phone call to review or clarify plan recommendations

  • One follow-up meeting of 60 minutes, approximately 6-8 weeks after the initial consultation to assess progress and make appropriate adjustments to continue the path of better health from that checkpoint

  • Custom information and factsheets, as appropriate, to support your education and progress

  • Recommendations using the latest research on women’s health and performance for each stage of life: including early adulthood, child-bearing years, perimenopause, and postmenopause.
