Who is this program for?
This program focuses on providing holistic nutritional support to help your body recover balance and health following a medical diagnosis or other personal health struggle.
You may have a diagnosis of disease or other health issue from a medical doctor. You may simply be experiencing chronic symptoms of either a short-term or a long-term health issue, such as fatigue, excess weight, autoimmune disease, food sensitivities, pain, menstrual dysfunction, menopausal symptoms, or digestive discomfort.
You will recieve a personalized program to make adjustments and improve your health, taking into account your current food, exercise, sleep, stress management and relaxation routines.
3-Month Program
If you simply need support to get back on track, with a total of five 30-minute phone meetings every 2 weeks, this program is the best option for you.

One 90-minute in-person consultation
Personalized Functional Medicine report including matrix and timeline (this is a visual picture using an individual body-systems approach)
Personalized Nutrition Plan: including 8-10 dietary and 3-4 lifestyle recommendations
One 30-minute optional phone call to review or clarify plan recommendations
A total of five 30-minute phone meetings, every 2 weeks, to review progress and determine priorities for the next 2 week period
Custom information and factsheets, as appropriate, to support your education and progress
